1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "odk786" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated at odk786.ws, including all associated mobile interfaces, subdomains, and applications.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who has registered an account with odk786 and is accessing the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on odk786 through which the User accesses all betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a User's odk786 wallet, including deposited amounts, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by odk786 subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process odk786 is obligated to conduct under its international gaming license obligations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing odk786.ws, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with odk786's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the odk786 Platform and close your Account. Your continued use of odk786 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

3 Eligibility

Use of the odk786 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. odk786 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an Account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of odk786 complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation.
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from odk786 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that has led to a formal self-exclusion request with odk786 or any other gaming operator.

4 Account Registration

Each User may register only one (1) Account on the odk786 Platform. The maintenance of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all Funds and winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. odk786 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify odk786 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• odk786 reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — before processing any withdrawal request or as required by its licensing obligations.
• Accounts registered using false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be suspended without prior notice and all associated Funds may be forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on odk786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). odk786 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast / 1LINK Interbank, QR Bank Transfer, GrabPay, and Retail Cash Deposit (OTC).

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the User's odk786 wallet on an instant basis, subject to network availability.
• odk786 does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory.
• odk786 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, as required by anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Any Funds deposited into an odk786 Account that remain dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee, the details of which will be communicated to the User in advance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

odk786 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money Funds. Where both exist in an Account simultaneously, real-money Funds are used first unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• odk786 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a User, without prior notice.
• Users found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion, or any form of collusion — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the relevant wagering requirements have been fully met.
• odk786 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings that were awarded as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error on the part of odk786 staff.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the odk786 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the odk786 Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the odk786 system. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections — including stake amount, market, and selection — before confirming any bet.
• odk786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or affected by circumstances beyond the control of odk786 or the event organiser.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sports are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may change. If odds change between submission and acceptance, the User will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• All casino game outcomes, including slot reels, live dealer shuffles, and random number generated results, are governed by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. odk786 cannot influence individual game outcomes.
• odk786 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet or game at its reasonable discretion, and to impose such limits on individual Accounts where warranted.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the odk786 Platform. odk786 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account and forfeit all associated Funds where prohibited conduct is identified:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with odk786.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the odk786 Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Users, or communication with event participants in a manner that could influence betting outcomes.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate payment made to odk786.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

odk786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the User under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory direction or court order requiring Account closure.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting odk786 support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and AML checks.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the odk786 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of odk786 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the odk786 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any odk786 content without prior written consent from odk786.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, odk786 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions beyond odk786's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contained an error.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit odk786's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

odk786 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account with odk786, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

odk786 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete the relevant transaction or verification.

13 Responsible Gaming

• Users may set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis through their Account settings.

14 Amendments to Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which odk786 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to odk786's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels within thirty (30) days of being raised with odk786, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process established by odk786's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
